D: noodles & co.– 3 potstickers, 1/2 bancock curry, a WHOLE rice crispy treat

S: AM: Lara bar, PM: Clementine, chicken salad, melba toast

E: NONE

B: Fig newtons, diet coke

L: BLT, Chili, Lemon ice cream

D: meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes, 2 2 bite scones

S: Smartfood, truffles, diet ginger ale

E: None, but I didn’t get home until 9

GOAL:  More water, better snacks, fewer fig newtons

Did well on the fig newtons and better snacks.  Still too much sugar/starch and no exercise.

L: Famous bowl (but only 1/2 the potatoes)

D: burrito verde, refried beans, chips, salsa, water

S: lara bar, diet coke, AGAIN TOO MANY FIG NEWTONS, 7 choxie truffles 

E: Again with the none

L: Cheeseburger happy meal (cheeseburger, small fries, diet lemonade)

D: Small steak, 1/4 lb shrimp, spinach soufle, mango soda

S: Ginger green tea, TOO MANY FIG NEWTONS, cocoa with marshmallows

E: Nope

W: 196

 Overall:  Too much sugar, not enough fruit and veggies, no exercise.
